Tommy had a B-day!

I have fallen a little behind on my blogging, so I will try to catch up this week. Thomas had a Birthday on December 17th, he turned 33! Mary and Brent had a nice dinner for him.
We had king crab as an appetizer, and halibut for our entree. Tommy asked for a funfetti cake with pink icing and received just that, adorned with some sesame street characters.

Tommy and I had asked for a manure fork for Christmas, so Shane and Ashley gave Tommy one for his birthday. If you're wondering what the heck we want with a manure fork, I'll tell ya. We have two compost bins in our backyard and they have become impossible to turn without "the fork"!

The following Friday, Tommy took the youngest boy Pitcher to the top of the mountain and made him ride a snowboard down. This is something Shane has done only twice and that was a while ago. He did great and they had a fun time together!

Next blog will be all the Christmas fun, but for now it's Tommy's b-day!

PS My grades are final and it is official.......I am a college grad! Love you all, hope your holidays were as great as ours! More later..................

Thanksgiving...Guitar Hero...FESTIVAL OF TREES.....SNOW!!!!!

Thanksgiving was wonderful! Our Thanksgiving companions were the Shane Pitchers, Mom & Dad Pitcher and Roy. Mary cooked an amazing dinner! It was a really nice quiet day and then...

....and then the Justin Pitchers came over for pie! After a day of eating, Kaiden and Keagan were still ready for more! They are soooooo much fun! Mak sang us her abc's and some Christmas tunes and the boys, well...watch this video. It's short and sweet, Kaiden can whistle!

On Thanksgiving Roy let us take home his "Guitar Hero" for XBox 360. It is the most fun I have ever had playing a video game! Tommy says it's all about your stance. Chris is the best out of all of us at this game, so you tell me if stance matters.

I put up the Christmas inside and Tommy put up the Christmas outside....just in time! Woohoo snow!

Sara twisted my arm and talked me in to going tothe Festival of Trees. HA! Imagine me in a place covered in Christmas wall to wall. Needless to say it is the coolest place going right now! Tommy, Chris and the girls came and everyone was such a good sport! They let Sara and I walk as slow as we wanted to! It was awesome! Sara and I might try to enter a tree next year. For those who are unfamiliar with the Festival of Trees: People donate decorated trees and gifts, people bid on them and all the money goes to charity. It is sooooo great!
I know I am so lame, but really I don't care.

Tommy found lots of the good stuff. He kept us all nourished with the assortment of goodies they had to offer.

Here are some of the highlights.....

This is us on the last row of trees. We were crying inside, but didn't want to let it show.
PS Let the countdown begin...I have 4 classes left! Then I'm free!!!!!
