I'm on top of the world!

Yup, that's Tommy. Nope that's not an old picture, this is from last Wednesday.
Tommy couldn't wait any longer, he needed to go snowboarding. He hiked to the top of Alta and rode down, taking some beautiful pictures along the way.

Millie will be 5 on Oct. 30, so she had herself a princess party.
The crown and sash were part of her present from us.

Dar and Elizabeth had a beautiful baby boy on Thursday Oct 25th after 30 hours of labor little Ethan Hyde Quealy was born 7 lb 11 oz, 21 in long and a head of dark hair. Tommy and I met him on Friday at the hospital. Everyone is now home, happy and healthy! Congrats!!! He is soososososososossosoosso precious!

I'm tired today and I'll tell you why. Tami had her bachelorette party last night, we went to sushi then bowling where Tommy and David met up with us! What a great night, I bowled pretty well. Tami and Dave are leaving next Sunday for New Zealand! Can't wait to hear all about it when they get back!

Snowfever! Car crashes! Need I say more......

Yup, that's my yard! Oct 21st marks the second snowfall we've had in the valley this year!
With cold weather, comes snowfever. Symptoms are usually mild, but may include; watching snowboard videos, waxing boards, talking about "epic" days on the mountain and in extreme cases planning hikes when there is only 12 inches on the ground. If someone you know is suffering from this illness, please contact the nearest ski resort ticket office.

Last weekend Tommy trimmed our ginormous tree in the back. Wally and I drank beer and supervised.

Last Sunday we were late to dinner at Tommy's mom and dad's because we were in a car accident. Neither of us were hurt because we weren't actually in the car as it was parked out front of our house, but we were home. One of the neighbor kids wasn't paying attention and ran right in to the back of our car. He has only been driving a month, poor guy. I think the pictures say it all.......

Sorry Mom. Not Catsup, Catchup!

Lots of catching up to do! I haven't been lazy, our computer has been picky! All is well after a good MANUAL registry reorganizing and a McAfee update! This is just a picture of a crazy vehicle Tommy and I passed on the interstate. I guess Hershey's Kisses are 100 years old. WooHoo!

Tommy's brother Justin had a track meet at our loan peak park. Makayla and I played while the kids ran.

We had crab night and I didn't take any pictures, dumb. We had 16 friends over, steamed up a ton of crab and made another ton of food to go along with it. The rain poured all night, but our good friends Dar and Elizabeth brought over their "tent". It had walls and fit 2 banquet tables, a card table and a kids table. When the rain finally let up, we finished off the night around the fire pit. This is the third year we have done this and although nothing will top the first, it was a great time. See you next year for the fourth!

Since then fall decorations have gone up.
Spooky decorations have gone up.

Tommy finished the garage.

I helped, a little.

Millie is always eager to help!

We needed a warm place for the dogs to be all winter, so the garage is now furnished with insulation, drywall, "good stuff", a couple coats of paint, trim and a fancy new dog door!

Tommy has found a place to put his turntables, on which he can now mix metallica and britney together as loud as he wants!

Oh! While we were working on the garage, a B-52 bomber was flying overhead!

Hang in there, I'm almost done!

Last Friday the "Fundersons" came over from across the street and we ordered calzones from Nevole's Pizzeria. They were HUGE! We ordered two; Tommy and I shared one, Chris and Sara shared one. There were plenty of left overs, Tommy and Chris couldn't even finish it all!

Elli doesn't like pizza...or clothes, but she loves Jaynay and Tonna and she tells one hell of a knock knock joke!

Last, but certainly not least, we had a great storm over the weekend that left us with a foot and a half of snow in the mountains and a beautiful view from our front door! Enjoy!
